Consistency is key here with this challenge….

No days off, so keeping it simple. Starting tomorrow if you feel like adding some volume you can. Dumbells/ bars some gallon jugs, whatever you have. If you do not have anything it’s ok. It will get more challenging throughout.

Just remember this challenge is about consistency, not volume. Get it done daily. No days off.
